Not What I expected

I was under the impression that if i filed through turbo tax the process was free. I ended up paying about $150 to file. The process was easy and quick so I am giving it 4 stars.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and it has always been excellent. I don't have any need to talk to experts for help because everything in the software is easy to understand and follow.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I have never had a problem, it took me 30 minutes to do this years taxes. They are very thorough and helpful.
