Incorrect operation of the service

We filled out a tax return through TurboTax last year, received confirmation nunber, received a pdf file from the application and a refund from IRS. But this year, the system says that it has no data that we filed a return through it last year and offers options to choose from that are completely inapplicable in this case (filed through another application, did not file at all, etc.).
It also says that the AGI I indicated for last year is incorrect. Although I checked all the declarations in both paper and electronic form, and it is the one I filled out that is indicated there.
It`s very strange.

Easy and Efficient, but a Little Pricey: My TurboT

I recently used TurboTax for my tax return, and overall, I was pretty impressed with the experience. While I do wish it was a bit cheaper—tax season can get expensive enough as it is—TurboTax made the process relatively painless. The interface was intuitive, and I was able to file my return quickly and efficiently. The step-by-step guidance helped me feel confident that I wasn't missing anything important, and I appreciated the tools they provided to optimize my return. Even though the price was higher than I'd like, the ease of use and convenience made it worth it in the end. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly way to do your taxes.
