I have to say that this year's experience was much more delightful than last year and I really appreciate the gentleman that helped me. He was very patient and stayed with me to the end.

I am highly upset with my experience. It wasn’t made clear why I had to update to receiving help on my return. I got charged $79 to upgrade with no answers! Not to mention it showed on my app that my refund was complete but it wasn’t! So now I have to pay for my refund being late!
