I was so grateful today when I had to call back and make an amendment to my taxes and it worked. I didn't have to pay again, Amen. Now I can get health insurance.

Good app very easy to use. The fees are high though so don't be like me and make sure to use it during promotional periods.

Never going to another tax agent

So easy, fast, inexpensive! I love it! It’s 100% better than going to a tax agent who charges me $498 dollars. They steal.

Had to pay $79 just to finish filing taxes which is more than what I got back and they said I couldn’t use the free option because of retirement. What’s the point of having a free version if I can’t even use it so I have to spend money that I don’t have just to submit my taxes. I didn’t need the deluxe version to even do my taxes. Did it myself with the free version, but couldn’t submit it
