Found app confusing and misleading. After seeing a big celebratory message and getting my confirmation number, I closed app thinking all was complete until later realizing that the process was not complete and that led to later confusing with my returns. First time trying this service and after paying over $140 to then get penalized on my returns is by far the most unbelievable type of "customer care" I've ever seen. 0/5 would be a more fitting review if it were available.
