A RIP OFF.

Turbox Tax 2024 is a complete mess. It was difficult to maneuver and enter all the required figures. I did not enter my retirement information. I had to pay just to print my document, I could add all the donations because it would not let me. I had to turn off the computer several times just to figure out how to submit the documents. when I finally got to the page to submit the document, it didn't give me the option to have my state submitted. I paid for this but it was not acknowledged. I don't like that Turbox Tax cannot be accessed unless its downloaded. What about the disks? this is confusion and asks for addition payment even after the download is paid? I hate this new system. It needs to be returned to the disks and have the same program. I HATE THIS NEW DOWNLOAD SYSTEM. I HAD TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD JUST TO PRINT.

Milked my Refund w junk fees

If I could give 0 stars I would - Turbo Tax takes so much of my refund for their garbage fees and I know they are lobbying the US government to prevent a free and easy tax file system.
