Very helpful product, don't appreciate hidden fees

Very easy to use! We had a bit of a complicated tax year, and I feel the fees to file were fair for the help that was received. I didn't appreciate the implication that I had to pay them to get my return money at the end though - the automatic deposit to your account should be given as an option instead of "5 days early" or "klarna"
