TurboTax is a scam

I've been using turbotax since I started working in 2014. I'm incredibly disappointed in how the app has been performing thanks to corporate greed. Not only was i charged because I got a specific tax credit, but I was also double charged because I cannot afford to pay to file my taxes without using my tax return money. I will not be using TurboTax in the future.
