Turbo tax was okay

I filed my tax but it was rejected the first time so I had to wait a couple of days just to submit the finalized tax. This is the first time this has happened to me which was not cool

Pay for regular then charge extra fees

kind of sad how they charge extra fees when they never used to to file with them. I used to only pay for the filing with them as they have always had the option for the max filing feature with them but now they are charging an extra fee that is processed at the end after selecting most basic tax filing option.

Good, especially with history using the software

I like the importing of my information however the pressure to upgrade and inability to submit free for some more common situations is a bit much. I get a service needs to be paid for but the push for up selling is annoying
