Very easy to navigate and file on your own, and conveniently can have tax fees deducted from return.

Great and easy step by step instructions. It was nice being able to upload documents and it auto-fills the boxes.

It wasn't anything easy at first. I did everything the first time. When I thought it was sent, they didn't send it because I chose the free option.
