JUST ENTERED EVERYTHING AND IT WAS NICE AND EASY. EVERYTHING WENT QUICKLY AND NO PROBLEMS WITH UPLOADING STUFF

Making me pay for a form that I don't even have to fill out was a waste of money and my time. I wish I could get a refund this is ridiculous. I will not use this service again in the future.
