Very helpful, very fast, very convenient and works great every year! The fees are a small price to pay for all of the services it provides.

Turbo Tax is so user friendly and explains everything in easily digestible terms. I'll never go back to the old fashioned way!

NOT ACCURATE AND THEY LIE

Not a fan, probably won't use it next year. They ask you way too many times if you want to upgrade, but my taxes were simple, but at the end they tried to tell me that my taxes weren't simple and that I HAD to pay to continue. I said whatever, I made it this far, but then they hit me with MORE fees. I continued begrudgingly, but now I'm really frustrated because they kept asking for my landlord information and I couldn't file my taxes until I entered something in the field even though I explicitly checked that I did not rent or own.
