A tool that gets the job done

I've been using Turbo Tax basically my whole adult life. I've never had an issue and I always feel that my refunds match my expectations. I also ended up really liking Credit Karma, which I started using because of their affiliation with Turbo Tax. The one year I had a mildly complex tax situation, it was pretty easy to figure it out using the help tools.

Accurate, features, easy to use, interface, guidance
Turbotax has always been my go to for taxes. I have never had any issues with using them. They make taxes much easier to do.
