The service provided was straight forward and simple as always. I did require assistance, received a call back within 10 min and the agent was very polite and helpful, she was able to remote view my screen and assist with the issues.

Convenient but Costly

Quick and easy process for filing our Fed and State (NC) Returns. I was not pleased to have to pay to file our state return. Is it just our luck that NC is not one of the 40 states tht has a 'free filing' agreement? What really burned me up was the $40 fee for direct deposit of our refund. We have used Turbo Tax to file our returns for the past few years, but I will probably shop around for other options next year.
