Turbo Tax is easy to use and helpful until you have an issue. The chat assistant was somewhat helpful, but had to figure out certain things by calling the IRS.

the way they keep trying to get you to upgrade is ridiculous and how is it not free bc you paid daycare fees you can do free with child tax credit but not if you paid for daycare...not cool but its the only online tax filing ive done and ive been using them for 7 years it is easy
