A great service to file taxes quickly

I have used TurboTax for 3 tax years. It's intuitive interface, import of documents, and ease of use make filing tax a breeze. I appreciate that it has features that are accessible to a variety of people of different tax-filing proficiencies. The auto-fill feature is very accurate, it has wide device compatibility, and guides you step by step.

Misleading prompts to upgrade

The prompt for receiving my return early was misleading and disingenuous and was very obviously trying to get more money out of me by initially only showing 2 options for receiving my return. I had the awareness enough to click away from those choices which then presented the free options. I feel for those who are less computer savvy and will be tricked by this interface. Frustrated with the greediness of this multi-million dollar company.
