turbo tax was harder to use because it was slow

Turbo Tax finds deductions!

Turbo Tax is easy to use and thorough. They found a deduction I did not know about and saved my work while I found documentation.

Really like how easy to use Turbo Tax has been to use and I really appreciated the guidance tabs to be able to help explain certain sections more thoroughly so I knew what exactly they meant.
