Incredibly frustrating that I am forced to pay fees on top of EXTRA HIDDEN FEES when I have one of the easiest returns to file. What an absolute rip-off

Not too bad. Extremely expensive compared to most other services, but there were no over-the-top animations or non-White character representations while going through and filing.

Great Service, Terrible Pricing

I do love the Turbo Tax service. I have used it ever since I started filing taxes and it has always made it easy to file and submit the forms. The only reason I give it 3/5 stars is because of the pricing. They used to offer free simple returns, but now I dont even qualify for that. Fine I can get that I make more and I will pay the fees. But they say it will be $40, but by the end its almost $100. and that's if i pay for it myself and not with using my tax refund. Then they charge you for them to send you your own money on top of of using their service. I just got $500 in tax refund, the most I have gotten in a while, and yet I just forked over almost $150 of that just to complete this process. It's ridiculously overpriced, but I imagine even their competitors charge a similar price so there is no winning with that either way i guess.
