Everything was good until I got to the end and had already pushed to pay and some charge for $44 was added. That was ridiculous! Had I have known I was forced to pay that I would have not done it.

Your RMD information is very confusing and not user friendly. The finishing the return was very confusing to change the bank information for the direct deposit. The instructions on line and the ones sent to me were incorrect.
