I have used Turbo Tax for years. Easy to follow. It would be even better if a simple Federal return did not cost so much.

With the help of Turbo Tax, I am able to do my own taxes each year without a HUGE cost. A friend of mine just paid $700 to get her taxes done! Ouch! Thank you Turbo Tax!

TurboTax is easy to use, but misleading

While this service is cheaper than going to an accountant or tax prep service, they contradict themselves. I have a simple return. No itemizations, no extra documents. They will not allow me to use the free version, and instead forced me to upgrade for $128.

Hate turbo tax

I hate turbo tax! But I feel like if you use it once it locks you in. It has surprise fees that my roommate isn't getting charged and I hate the entire system. Honestly I miss being able to do them myself without being required to use a company to file my taxes.

I just paid 88 dollars for a product that I don't have access to, in my hand. You have taken my personal data so you can track income and other stuff with my SSN. You have taken monies from me and provided me with less than what I have paid in previous years!
