Too expensive

The price for state returns is ridiculously expensive. I also had to Google results for how to fill out the W-2 information when I have more than one W-2 from the same employer but for different states.

Incredibly easy. It took me twenty minutes. I had all my papers ready and most of my information was pre-loaded from last year. The QR code to upload the current W2 is genius! Lots of information available if you have questions or need help. Live assistants available as well. You do not have to know a thing about taxes to complete your return with Turbo. They will walk you through it step by step with great explanations. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!!!
