I use turbo tax every year for the last several years and it is always easy and fast for me to do on my own. Everything is explained very well each step and i am always happy with my outcome.

Difficult this year due to not seeing well

Although my pension info is ALWAYS the same, there were so many questions I had to answer this year. I'm 80 year old and can't wee out of one eye and it took me so long due to pension info. It was very frustration, but I managed to complete all info. II hope this doesn't happen next year - if I'm still here. Usually, it takes me about an hour...this year it was closer to two. And I had to answer the same questions all over again. I guess it's just hard for seniors to complete. The only changes are or should be just Social Security and my part time job. Which I will be retiring this year. I have been using this website for years and am happy with it.
