I was on a tax website that I have done my taxes on for years and it had me paying in $1200.00. I looked online for other options and knew relative that uses turbo tax so I tried it and I got a little back. It wasn't a lot but it took some stress off cause coming up with 1200 to pay to the IRS was not going to be easy.

Unexpected fee to get refund deposited

Been Happy with Turbo Tax for years until you basically forced me to pay a fee at the end to get my refund deposited to my bank account. It was either use your credit karma company to get it free or pay money to have it deposited in my account. Won't happen again...I fell for it this time but you lost a customer for next year. Bad move! Greedy!
