Fast and affordable

Turbo tax is affordable and quick. It's usually easy but some times it's not very clear about something and if I don't understand it then they try to get me to pay more for advice. That's the only part I don't like about it.

Turbo Tax is and has always been the best tax tool

I really like Turbo Tax. My complaint is THERE IS TOO MUCH ADVERTISING AND UNNECESSARY INFORMATION WHILE TRYING TO CONDUCT BUSINESS!!!! When a person is doing their taxes, they need to stay focus on what the matter is at hand. If an offer is going to be made, it should be made UPFRONT and at THE VERY END!! Business is BUSINESS.......
