I have been using TurboTax since I turned 18, 12 years ago! I have NOT once had any issues understanding what they were needing or asking me. If I did, they do a good job at explaining anything with the circle ?. I love paying such a small fee and being able to get it done when I want to! Receive W2 and file same day, baby!

My wisconsin gambling income was 1694.55 and was non resident. The rep couldnt tell me what I did wrong when turbotax said I owed wisconsin $6000.00
