I use Turbo every year without incident. This year I had an issue with the Refund Processing Fee showing up when I was using my credit card to pay. I asked for a call back and was called immediately. Courtney did a screen share and helped me figure out the problem and fix it. She was gracious and warm, very helpful, and everything a customer service rep should be!

Generally easy to file. It was difficult to figure out how to update my banking information but I finally figured it out. I've been using TurboTax for 11 years now. It seems like the fees are going up, with adding MAX and other things but having the audit protection is going to be incredibly helpful.

Examines personal tax issues and possible deductions/ credits very thoroughly! Stores information from previous years making each subsequent year more simple.
