Turbo Tax is an OK product. If they really want to be better, they shouldn't default selections to paying for more services. The services should speak for themselves, and the user should select them, rather than decline.

Did not suggest all relevant topics. Did not catch all errors (even simple addition errors!). State filings are wildly overpriced for what you get.
