Turbo Tax is convenient

My experience was fine, but I was frustrated because it automatically put me in single status instead of head of household. It was hard to find out how to change it.

Hefty Fees

It starts off telling you, you can do a free tax filing, then you have to pay if you want to add any 401K deductions and it ended up being $159 in just fees. They don't disclose until it's time to pay.
