Not actually free like they advertise, it is quick. But they have a bunch of fees and force you to upgrade for certain things.

no need to use a live person, the website could be more user friendly, such as having visible tabs for customers that take them directly to commonly used information such as past tax returns without having to go through multiple steps to retrieve the information, also make it easier to edit information.

Not As Good AS Last Year

It's okay but I don't like that the amount on my 1099T required me to pay for the "Deluxe" Edition. I'm a full time student and work part time. I was counting on using the free version like I was allowed to last year.
