I have been using Turbo Tax for years, this year was the first time I needed to call for assistance. They called me back well before the time and the customer service person helped me with my issue with ease.

TurboTax ain't bad

Doing my taxes was super simple as always and I recommend using TurboTax to anyone that is doing their own taxes online. I do wish they stopped trying to upsell me any chance they get, but it is what it is.
