asked them to use my refund to pay for the balance of turbotax products added onto my account and it charged my card after clicking the button. Last time I will be using Turbotax to File

Very easy and user friendly. I did not feel confused or overwhelmed at all. Had great additional pop up information along the way if I needed it.
