Very user friendly

Good experience but I wish the cost was lower. It's nearly 100 dollars lost when i don't utilize any additional support. There should be something offset that cost.

Turbotax is great

Easy and friendly to user and e-file. I will difinetly use in future. I ask basic tax user to use tubotax because of price and user friendly.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. The process is easy, I like how most of the information is already inputted and you have the ability to edit and change year to year based on new information. Refunds are quick and accurate.

Never had a bad experience wih turbo tax. It is a really great website. They have where you can just upload a W2 and you are set. Its always very accurate and the app itself is helpful. Easy to use and navigate.

Turbo Tax is Great

It really simple and easy to do your own taxes. TurboTax is great!! The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that they say it's free, but it is not true. But is what it is, I guess. Still easy to do your own taxes.
