I found this product very easy to use, there is help available if needed but working through the W2 and their program is self explanatory for the most part.

I have used TurboTax for several years, and it greatly reduces the stress normally felt on trying to work through both the federal and state forms, especially the state form. I live in Alabama, and the state form here is really a work of art (bad).
