I skipped a year of using turbo tax and found it much more cumbersome with needing to manually enter data this year as opposed to previous years.

A long time customer no more

I have used Turbo Tax for a long time and will be looking for other options next year. I had to print and file because the system kept telling me I had an error, but it would not let me correct the error. The section with the error is one I have never filled out in 10 plus years of using turbo tax. Even writing this review is annoying because your AI too is trying to read my text to predict what category it goes into and it keeps messing up the words I'm typing. AI sucks and now so does Turbo Tax. It's also gotten too expensive.

Turbotax online is buggy and not user friendly.

Any time you want to go back to a section you have to click through the same screens. Could not e-file; it kept giving an error for state ID number having a hyphen when it did not. And got stuck with a spinning circle when submitting return and had to clear cach and jump through all the hoops again.
