Turbo Tax is Amazing

Once great fall from grace

Filing is easy and fast. That's where it ends. I have been using turbo tax for years and it never brings my information over from last year even though it always says something like "nice next year we'll take care of this for you". They also tend to make it hard for you to get your refund directly deposited into your account without their 'pay $35 and get your refund a little earlier' option. Long story short, I used to love it, next year I will look at other options first.
