Discounts misleading/False advertisement

Turbo Tax military discount is misleading. They state they offer active military free filing discount. The discount was never applied and still had to pay filing fees.

Ruining a good thing

Too many confusing promotions inserted into filing. I've been using your product for many years. I found starting the process to be immediately confusing. I found myself being asked to log in to TurboTax, even though I was already logged in. Also, I learned the hard way, that one must not follow the prompts to get past the state tax filing. Instead one has to know to skip to review in the side column, or you will be charged the extra fee, resulting in follow-up call to fix the overcharge.
Please stop with all the prompts to have my personal info sent directly to TurboTax; once is enough.
At this time, I would recommend your product with reservations.

Not a good experience

Kept asking me the same things over and over (No, I do NOT have to file a state return in Florida!). Also kept adding charges back after I removed them. Not a happy camper.
