Turbotax is a scam

Use to be a legit business but now there is no such thing as a free file and the only thing they are worried about is extra fees. Paying $200+to file my own taxes is crazy. I could just go to a tax preparer and pay the same and not have to do anything "manual"

First time using TurboTax. It was a good experience. Got all the information in with no issues. It was my first year that Im able to get a return back. Would come again next year and file my taxes here again!!
