Doing my taxes was easy enough, but the amount of times I was asked to "upgrade" my product was ridiculous. If I wanted a different product I would have chosen that product.
Then the check out tactics at the end with "How do you want to receive your refund" By not putting all the options for user to see is out right horrible. I shouldn't have to know to click "no thanks" to see all the remaining options such as the "FREE" way to use direct deposit. I will not be using this service next year.

fast, safe, and simple

It’s so nice to have the feature of uploading a digital copy of your W2 and every box is filled in automatically! Then you jus simply answer all the questions in each category to se if you have any tax breaks. They give options on how to receive your refund and there’s even an option to pay your fees by deducting the fees from your returns if you get any. I’ve bee using this for about 5 years now and it gets easier every time.
