Love TurboTax

What's great about TurboTax is: a) it's an established, well-known and well-respected service (I might go cheap on other things, but I don't need a here-today-gone-tomorrow bargain basement tax return company); b) it takes me through the process one step at a time, uses regular language (non-CPA-speak) gives me the option of getting more information on any tax breaks or declarations etc., at the click of a button right there on the screen; and c) manages to do all this without "talking down" to me and making me feel like the stupidest person alive. The TurboTax vibe is, "of course it's complicated, and you're an intelligent grown-up who doesn't happen to be a tax expert, so let's go through it together."

I had a very positive experience using Turbo Tax.It was easy to understand and follow. I did have to contact a support agent who was extremely patient, kind and so very helpful. I will use Turbo tax in the future.
