This was my first time using Turbo Tax, it was easy to use and understand. Only to a couple of minutes to file my returns with being able to upload documents.

Unable to efile state taxes and am unable to get a detailed reason why. This is the second year this has happened. We take a standard deduction and only have social security and pensions as income and have since we retired. We paid for filing out the tax form and efiling and did not receive the service we paid for. We will be looking for a different online tax preparer next year!

Turbo tax not very good this year.
