Confused and disappointed

I’ve been using turbo since I could file my own taxes (2017) and I’ve never been charged so many fees or any for that matter. Where are all these fees coming from? And why do I have to pay to file my own taxes? Your whole slogan was “file for free” now it’s a fee for anything that would make filing easy.

turbo tax is getting expensive

turbo tax is getting more and more expensive. fees for this and fees for that and fees to use your own bank instead of credit Karma. Really quite stupid
