Have used Turbo tax for years

Advertises as free and then takes all of your money along the way. Does it work? Yes. Would I be fine paying for the service if it wasn't advertised as free? Yes. The fact that this company intentionally misleads people disgusts me.

hidden fees

too expensive hidden fees, it says pay 39 but ends up being 4 times that amount. i was so invested at that point i just paid it.
