Manipulative

Was forced the purchase the Deluxe package for simple 1040 EZ filing. Program did not allow or was very manipulative to in directing the user for the un-needed/non-required upgrade. Had first e-file rejected for not including the 1095-A information, however cost was $0.00. Once the error was corrected the program required the deluxe package?? Probably because it increased the refund amount. Should be refunded for the full amount of $143.00.

How can turbo tax say that there free when you to pay $159.00 dollars for free turbo tax ? its false advertisement and a huge lie when in the past i never had to pay but yet this year i had to pay.
