Hidden fees when supposed to be free

Everything is easy to put it but no free like advertised and you now put a 40 fee on top of the other fees just to have those fee deducted from my return. I will not be coming back to your platform next year

I have been using turbo tax for almost a decade to do my taxes and I love this program. Its cheap, easy to navigate, accurate and keeps all my information from previous years. I would never use anything else!
