why did may return drop double what i was told

My refund was 951 minus the 49 but my refund is now 100 dollars less than 951? no explanation but i have screen shotted every step because i was not told why it dropped another 50 dollars. I was asked multiple times to get it 5 days fast but wasnt told i was going to have to pay for it. i can wait five days to get my money.

I love filing on turbo tax. They make it simple, convenient and, fast. The only thing that was ruining my experience was the pop up for turbo deluxe and max.

I loved the self use website, but it quickly over stayed it's welcome. It forced me to buy turbo tax deluxe because I had to punch in data I didn't have.
