I love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is great. My wife insisted we use a person to do our taxes last year, although I have used Turbo for like the past 15 years, or more with no issues. Thank you!
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Confused and disappointed

I’ve been using turbo since I could file my own taxes (2017) and I’ve never been charged so many fees or any for that matter. Where are all these fees coming from? And why do I have to pay to file my own taxes? Your whole slogan was “file for free” now it’s a fee for anything that would make filing easy.
