i have used turbotax for years and although they are at the top of the list for false advertising, i.e. it is absolutely NOT free by any means lol it is very quick and easy to file both your federal and state taxes and get your refund back just as quickly.

I have continued To use this particular platform for filing taxes, and have never been charged after all of the years I have used it. This is the first time I have ever been charged. I do not understand why, and do not agree with the extra charge to file when I’ve already paid the charge to file. This will likely be the last time if my return is delayed for any reason after the amount I have paid.
