Charged card 10 times with no notification.

I had to upgrade to a premium account to file my student education credit. While trying to enter my credit card information, I entered a current address rather than an old address and they charged my card for each time I entered an "incorrect" address, leading to hundreds of dollars missing from my bank with no refunds and no confirmation notification that my account would be charged. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Unacceptable.
