Turbo Tax is easy to use

Very easy to use and if I didn't understand something, there options were easy to access and understand the explanation.

Simple Enough/ "Free" cost me nearly $100

Not sure why I was charged $50+ to finalize my return or submit it (not really clear what that was for, it just said Turbo Tax Online Deluxe, i never selected deluxe) and another $30+ to have it direct deposit. "Free" is very misleading. If you charge to file the return, say so upfront. I would understand the deposit fee if TT was giving me funds early but that's not the case. I wouldn't mind paying the fees if that is disclosed UPFRONT.

I Love Turbo Tax however, I think it's a little expensive but if I get my return with no hassle I'm ok with it.

It was good, except it made me agree to releasing personal info. Otherwise, when I didnt agree to it, it put me in a loop and couldnt proceed further until I agreed to it out of frustration.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
