TurboTax is a scam

TurboTax is horrible. I wanted to pay with my return but it wouldn't allow me to. It also forced me to pay for the upgraded service for something that I didn't even have. Will not use again.

I love using Turbotax. When used in consecutive years the program will import a lot of information. I was able to complete my taxes in under 40 minutes!
