TurboTax takes forever and is confusing

The program is basic but it uses so much terminology that is hard understand. The AI explanations make you even more confused. If I didn't hate the idea of spending more money when I don't have "complicated" taxes then I would recommend immediately to go to a professional instead.

I've been using TurboTax for a couple of years. Spouse died, so I thought I'd need a CPA, but TurboTax asked the right questions, and I'm done!

I had such a wonderful experience with turbotax. They made it simple for me, very easy. They explained everything to me.I was so grateful and appreciative of my text.And my state refund, I will definitely be using turbotax next year.Thank you turbo tax
